Laybuy is credit that you need to repay. Only use Laybuy if you can make the repayments.
When you make a purchase with Laybuy, you’re agreeing to repay us the cost of the purchase in 6 instalments which are due weekly.
While we will never charge you interest, if you miss a payment you will be charged a late fee of £6 after 24 hours. We will charge you another late fee of £6 if you do not make payment within another 7 days. The maximum amount of late fees charged for a single purchase is £24.
We will also suspend your account until you’ve repaid everything you owe us. We pass unpaid debts to a debt collection agency.
Missing a payment can impact your credit score and can make it more difficult to access credit in the future.
